Skyblue Note(이하 "앱")는 김성동(이하 "개발자")이 만들고 운영합니다.
이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 무엇을 하지 않는지를 적은 것입니다.
앱은 회원님의 메모를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 메모는 기기 안에 있고,
iCloud 동기화를 켜면 회원님의 애플 계정 안에서만 오갑니다. 개발자는
회원님의 메모를 볼 수 없습니다.
앱은 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.
메모의 정리(마크다운 기호 제거, 표 복구 등)는 전부 기기 안에서
이루어집니다. 인터넷 연결 없이도 동작합니다.
기기 안. 메모는 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 있습니다.
iCloud(선택). 설정에서 'iCloud 동기화'를 켜면 메모가 회원님의 iCloud
계정에 저장되어 같은 애플 계정을 쓰는 기기끼리 오갑니다. 이때도 데이터는
애플과 회원님 사이의 일이며, 개발자의 서버를 거치지 않습니다. iCloud에
저장된 자료의 처리는 애플의 개인정보 처리방침을
따릅니다.
앱은 구글의 AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다.
AdMob은 광고를 보여 주고 성과를 재기 위해 광고 식별자와 기기·앱
사용에 관한 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 구글이 수집·처리하는 것이며,
자세한 내용은 아래를 참고하십시오.
추적을 끌 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱을 처음 열 때 추적 허용 여부를
묻고, 언제든 설정 앱 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
허용하지 않으셔도 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
'AI 편집'은 회원님이 직접 발급한 API 키를 넣었을 때만 동작합니다.
iCloud로도 동기화되지 않습니다
AI 회사(OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI 등)의 서버로 전송됩니다.
그 회사가 그 글을 어떻게 다루는지는 그 회사의 방침을 따릅니다

애플과 구글이 개발자에게 주는 익명 집계 통계(설치 수, 나라별 사용자
수, 충돌 보고 등)를 볼 수 있습니다. 여기에는 개인을 알아볼 수 있는
정보나 메모 내용이 들어 있지 않습니다.
앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 어린이의 개인정보를
고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
메모는 회원님 기기에 있으므로, 언제든 앱 안에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면
함께 사라집니다. iCloud에 올라간 자료는 애플 계정 설정에서 관리하실 수
있습니다.

Skyblue Note ("the app") is made and operated by Seongdong Gim ("the
developer"). This page describes what the app does with information, and
what it does not do.
The app does not send your notes to any server of ours. Your notes live
on your device, and if you turn on iCloud sync they move only inside your
own Apple account. The developer cannot read your notes.
The app does not collect:
Cleanup (removing markdown markers, repairing tables, and so on) happens
entirely on your device. It works with no connection.
On your device. Notes are kept in the app's storage on the device.
iCloud (optional). If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, your notes are
stored in your own iCloud account and move between devices signed in to the
same Apple Account. Even then the data is between you and Apple; it does not
pass through any server of the developer's. Data held in iCloud is handled
under Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app shows advertising through Google AdMob.
To serve ads and measure them, AdMob may collect an **advertising
identifier** and information about your device and app usage. This is
collected and processed by Google. For details, see:
You can turn tracking off. On iOS the app asks for permission the first
time it opens, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy &
Security → Tracking. Every feature of the app works the same if you decline.
"AI editing" only works when you supply your own API key.

The developer can see the anonymous, aggregated statistics that Apple and
Google provide — installs, users per country, crash reports and the like.
These contain no personally identifying information and no note content.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).
Because your notes are on your device, you can delete them in the app at any
time, and removing the app removes them with it. Anything stored in iCloud
can be managed from your Apple Account settings.
